What's it like to work at Changemakers?
We like to describe our culture as the ‘Changemakers Love'. What we mean by that is that we look out for each other and the world around us. We genuinely love what we do and we are passionate about unlocking young people's leadership potential. We try to live our values every day – they underpin everything we do and you can read more about our values here.
Although we are a small team spread out across our three regional offices, we regularly come together as one organisation and visiting our colleagues in the other offices is encouraged. We have a weekly staff update which shares our positive news stories about our work as well as providing updates on what we have all been up to personally. Each year we send out an Employee Feedback Survey and we are really proud that 100% of our staff say that they are either really proud or proud to work for Changemakers. It also provides great insight into which cartoon characters our staff are most knowledgeable about and with whom they would most like to be stuck on a desert island. You can view the survey here.
