We have worked with experts in impact measurement to develop these systems and to externally evaluate the impact of our work to date.

Key highlights of this evaluation include:

• 94% of the young people that we work with achieve their initial goals and ambitions.
• 69% of the organisations that we work with are keen to continue to work with us after their initial involvement and believe that Changemakers represents good value for money.
• 94% of the organisations that we work with feel that the involvement of a changemaker contributes to an improved image of young people and their capacities.

Changemakers has a proven track record in successfully engaging young people from a diverse range of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds and enabling them to go on to fulfil their potential through leading healthy and productive lives.

For example, our recent work with young ex-offenders has delivered these impressive results in the last year:

• 100% of participants reported that they felt they had learnt new skills.
• 75% felt that the programme had significantly increased their chances of finding employment.
• 31% are now regularly attending accredited training courses.
• A further 38% are now in employment or participating in an apprenticeship.
