One in ten young people have carried a knife in the last 12 months and half of us do not trust the people living in our local neighbourhood.

People are disengaging from politics with 67% of young people believing that government policy is biased against their age group.

1,026,000 young people are not in education, employment or training.

The cost of caring for the elderly is projected to quadruple by 2051.

We believe that the fresh thinking, new ideas, curiosity and ambition of the UK’s young people are a natural resource that needs to be tapped if we are to solve these issues.
